I’m a Senior UX Writer and Content Designer with a background in communication science, healthcare, and enterprise technology.

Before moving into UX, I spent more than 25 years helping people navigate complex communication challenges as an audiologist, clinical leader, and educator. I bring that same user-centered mindset to digital products, creating content that makes complex systems clearer, easier to use, and more accessible.

My work spans enterprise UX, conversational AI, content systems, accessibility, and information architecture. I’m especially drawn to complex products where thoughtful content can make a meaningful difference for users.

Outside work, I enjoy creating custom crossword puzzles, traveling, reading, and spending time with my husband, our two sons, our cat, Mocha, and our dog, Lacy.

I’m also a longtime Cincinnati sports fan and proudly support the Bengals, Reds, and University of Cincinnati Bearcats.
