I’m a Senior UX Writer and Content Designer with a background in communication science, healthcare, and enterprise technology.

Before transitioning into UX, I spent more than 25 years helping people navigate complex communication challenges as an audiologist, clinical leader, and educator. Today, I bring that same user-centered mindset to digital products by creating content that improves clarity, usability, and trust.

My work focuses on simplifying complex systems through thoughtful UX writing, conversational content, scalable design systems, and accessibility-first communication. I’ve collaborated with cross-functional teams across manufacturing, healthcare, education, and AI-driven experiences to create content that supports both users and business goals.

I’m especially interested in enterprise UX, conversational interfaces, accessibility, and content systems that scale across products and teams.

Outside of work, I enjoy creating custom crossword puzzles, traveling, reading, and spending time with my husband, our two sons, our cat, Mocha, and our dog, Lacy.

I’m also a longtime Cincinnati sports fan and proudly support the Bengals, Reds, and University of Cincinnati Bearcats.
